The Secretary-General of the Cooperation Council discusses with the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Azerbaijan the consolidation of Gulf-Azerbaijan relations

Mr. Jassim Muhammad Al-Budaiwi, Secretary-General of the Cooperation Council for the Arab States of the Gulf, discussed, in a telephone conversation today, with Jeyhun Bayramov, Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Azerbaijan, the importance of consolidating Gulf-Azerbaijan relations to serve common interests. During the call, the two sides reviewed the bilateral relations between the countries of the Cooperation Council and Azerbaijan, ways to enhance them, and the means to ensure their development and development in various fields, in light of the memorandum of understanding signed between the Council and Azerbaijan in 2013, as well as activating areas of cooperation such as economy, trade, tourism, and education. , energy, agricultural investment, food security, and communication between peoples. The Secretary-General of the Cooperation Council for the Arab States of the Gulf and the Azerbaijani Foreign Minister also exchanged views on a number of regional and international issues of common concern.
