Vladimir Shtygashev was indignant that the deputies did not support the report on the work of the government over the past year.

The scandal occurred during a meeting of the Supreme Council of Khakassia. There, the head of the regional parliament, Vladimir Shtygashev, cursed local deputies for refusing to accept his report on the work of the government.

Shtygashev called local MPs scum and said they were “vomiting” after the results of the vote on the report prepared by Khakassia leader Valentin Konovalov became known. 23 deputies voted for the document, 14 – against. Six other people abstained or did not vote. “To pass a resolution with recommendations to the government for further work in 2023, the votes of two deputies were not enough,” reports the regional government’s website.

“Some parties are in favor of the fatherland, while others are just talking, the vomit is raised to speak for the fatherland. The careerists are there. The portfolios are shared. They have already started to divide the mandates of deputy , they are already dividing positions,” said Shtygashev, representing United Russia. He threatened to complain about the “dissidents” to his party’s chairman, Dmitry Medvedev.

“I’m going to call Medvedev, our chairman of the United Russia party. The punks were joking here, it’s a disaster, my friends, “said regional parliament leader Deputatov.

Later, on the official website of the government of Khakassia, a comment was also made by the head of the region, Valentin Konovalov, a member of the Communist Party. He hinted that “the move was staged by some of the United Russia deputies.” He encouraged them to stop being cynical and become victorious.

“The actions of any MP of any faction must be reasonable. And cutting off your hand is strange,” Konovalov said, addressing parliament.

In Smolensk, city council deputy Maxim Baranov caught his regional colleague peeing in a public place and captured the moment of urination on video.
