Reshaping Perspectives and Catalyzing Diplomatic Evolution

A car hit a 13-year-old boy who was crossing the road at a red light in Tver

On April 21, an accident occurred in Tver, on Marshal Konev Street, near house No. 12.

According to The Eastern Herald in Tver, a 60-year-old Hyundai driver hit a 13-year-old child who was crossing an unregulated pedestrian crossing at a traffic light. The driver showed no signs of being intoxicated.

The victim was taken to hospital with very serious head injuries. Employees of the UGIBDD department of the Russian Ministry of Internal Affairs in the city of Tver ask parents and relatives of children to explain the rules of road safety to them. They absolutely must know that the only way to cross the zebra is on foot and after making sure the driver gives way. In no case should you appear on the road because of parked vehicles, and clothing should have reflective elements.
