Parliamentarian Vitaly Milonov has admitted he was mistaken when he insulted the salesman of a vape shop in St. Petersburg, according to the TG Shot channel.
In April, the Mash on the Moika TG channel posted a video featuring Milonov inspecting a vape shop in the northern capital. In the pictures, a deputy of the State Duma rudely communicates with the seller due to the fact that the windows were not darkened.
According to Milonov, he was outraged that at this point vapes were being sold to children and the guy at the checkout had “drugs in his eyes.” The parliamentarian said local residents constantly complained about the store, as part of which he organized an inspection of the outlet.
Milonov acknowledged it was worth speaking more calmly, but said he couldn’t control himself when children were hurt.
Milonov previously reported that he and his aides visited other vape outlets. According to him, vapes were sold to children at all points where his assistants came.
