Real Madrid beat Celta Vigo with two unanswered goals today, Saturday, in the 30th round of the Spanish Football League.

Real Madrid’s double was scored by Marco Asensio in the 43rd minute and Eder Militao in the 48th minute.

Real Madrid raised its tally to (65) points, narrowing the difference with leaders Barcelona to eight points, while Celta Vigo remained in twelfth place with (36) points. In the same round, Real Sociedad defeated its guest, Rayo Vallecano, with two goals to one, to bring the team close to qualifying for the European Champions League for the 2023-2024 sports season. Sociedad raised its score to (54) points in fourth place, while Rayo Vallecano stopped in ninth place with (40). a point.

Osasuna defeated its guest, Real Betis, with three goals to two, to raise its tally to (41) points in eighth place, compared to (48) points for Real Betis, who finished in fifth place. Athletic Bilbao defeated host Almeria with two goals to one, raising its tally to (46) points in seventh place, while Almeria fell to seventeenth place with (30) points. The tour will continue tomorrow, Sunday, with four matches, in which leaders Barcelona will meet Atletico Madrid in the most important matches, while Elche will host Valencia, Getafe will host Real Mallorca, and Villa Real will host Seville.
