Rehabilitation of the Blind For her part, Mrs. Latifa Al-Kuwari, Director of Services, Beneficiaries and Family Support Department at Al-Noor Center for the Blind, addressed the services provided by the center and the role of the family in them. The state, where the center provides therapeutic and rehabilitative services in addition to educational services, family support and rehabilitation services that enable people with visual impairments to have an independent life in the sense that a blind person has capabilities that differ from other persons with disabilities such as orientation skills, movement, adaptation to home, assistive technology and all These services are provided by the center, where plans are drawn up in partnership and cooperation with families, caregivers and service providers, because the person with whom we reach a conclusion must be enabled to interact with all appropriate conditions around him, including empowering families, parents and brothers so that they contribute to enabling the affiliate of the center to reach To the best results and live life independently and be a productive person in society.
