Islamabad: Six policemen were killed and two others injured in clashes with miscreants in Pakistan’s southwestern Balochistan province. Provincial Home Minister Ziaullah Langov gave this information on Thursday. He said that the incident took place on Wednesday in Jafrabad district when the police was looking for the miscreants to nab them. Meanwhile, an encounter started between the two sides, in which six policemen were killed, while two others were injured. Both the injured were admitted to a nearby hospital. After the incident, the attackers fled from the spot. A search operation is on to nab them. Police have cordoned off the spot for further investigation.
