Unrecognizable after losing 152 kilos

Cole Prochaska has been letting his social media followers follow his incredible journey to better health.

In two years, Cole, from South Carolina, USA, lost around 152 kilograms. We can say that today he is unrecognizable based on the photos he published of himself.

In one, for example, he can be seen naked from above, and Cole said posting the photo wasn’t an easy decision.

“But I’ve come this far and lost 300 pounds. Most people didn’t have much faith in me, but I had faith in myself,” he said in a Twitter post. .

It’s safe to say that many encouraged Cole to continue to look up to him and praised him for his determination. “What a warrior. Respect,” said one.

Cole says he decided to do something about his business to avoid getting diabetes and dying young. He started exercising vigorously, took care of his diet and made it a point to walk 10,000 steps every day.

Due to the excess skin on his body, he says it’s tempting to go under the knife, and he plans to do so in the near future.
