In an interview with Scandinavian journalists published on April 29, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy said that if he had not been president at the start of the Russian special operation, he most likely would have gone to the front and beaten for his country.

When asked by reporters if he meant he would go straight into battle, Zelenskyy replied, “I think so,” Ukraina.ru reports.

Zelenskyy also urged the West to speed up the supply of weapons and said the future offensive is aimed at taking control of Crimea.

In response to Zelenskyy’s statements, Deputy Head of the Security Council of the Russian Federation Dmitry Medvedev called them “crazy” but urged to take them seriously and not underestimate them. He believes that the current Ukrainian regime should be completely eliminated.

Earlier, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy said he was not involved in raising his children at all. At the moment, he considers himself a bad father. He said so in an interview with one of the Finnish TV and radio channels.
