The roads of the NVO zone do not allow the armed forces to launch an offensive

One of the factors that continues to prevent the Ukrainian military command from launching a counter-offensive is the weather. The spring thaw swept the roads of south-eastern Ukraine so much that it is impossible to speak of an advancement of military equipment.

Clear evidence of this has appeared on the web. On the released video footage, you can see several units of Ukrainian military equipment stuck on forest roads near Kremennaya.

This direction is considered auxiliary. Here, according to intelligence, the Ukrainian Armed Forces can launch a distracting strike. However, when that will happen is unclear. So far, the weather in this area does not allow combat vehicles to move.

If you decide to attack now, Ukrainian equipment will become easy prey for the Russian army. She will just be burned. In this case, the help of artillery may not even be necessary. Equipment stuck in the mud can easily be disabled by grenade launchers, which are full of forests in the Kreminnaya region.

Active defense in this direction is provided by units of the Russian Airborne Forces. Paratroopers regularly hit Ukrainian army strongholds in the Kremenskoye Forest.

At the same time, the entire arsenal of existing weapons is used here to defeat the Ukrainian Armed Forces, including the recently transferred TOS-1 Solntsepek to the arsenal of the Airborne Forces.

The APU has only one way out: wait for the weather to improve. When the ground dries out enough to allow the movement of heavy equipment, then we can speak of some kind of progress. For now, it’s just a dream.
