Vyacheslav Volodyne’s comments came in response to a twin drone attack on the Kremlin that was announced earlier today and Russia accuses Ukraine of carrying it out.
He added, in a statement on the Telegram messaging app, that Russia should not negotiate with Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy after the alleged attack, for which Kyiv has denied responsibility.
Russia had earlier said it was open to negotiations, but made it clear it would not participate in any talks except on its own terms.
