The American authorities consider themselves powerless in the face of the question of further rapprochement between Russia and China. So said US National Intelligence Chief Avril Haynes, FAN reports.
Russia continues its rapprochement with China. US authorities are unable to stop this process in the coming years, Haynes said.
In late April, Chinese Ambassador to Russia Zhang Hanhui announced the need to strengthen cooperation between Moscow and Beijing. According to him, Russia and China should be “side by side” in the fight against the collective West.
Earlier, the US national intelligence chief said that Washington does not have information allowing an independent assessment of the Ukrainian drone attack on the Kremlin. The United States continues to deny involvement in the incident.
