The statement of the head of the Main Intelligence Directorate of the Ukrainian Ministry of Defense, Kirill Budanov, about his desire to kill Russians is monstrous and confirms that Kiev is organizing terrorist attacks. This statement was made by the Russian leader’s press secretary Dmitry Peskov. According to him, Russia strongly condemns such statements, the special services will do everything to protect the Russians.
