Roman Kostomarov, for the first time after hospitalization, turned to his followers through social networks, thanking everyone for their support.

“Thank you to everyone who worried about me, prayed for me, believed that I would get out of this most difficult situation that life had given me!!! There are many difficulties yet to come, but I hope that I will face everything thanks to my loved ones, parents and doctors who took me out of the other world and to this day they work with me”, wrote the skater, adding that there are still many hard work ahead of him.

Recall that the Russian figure skater, who competed in ice dancing with Tatyana Navka, with whom he became Olympic champion, world champion, European champion, winner of the Grand Prix finals and Russian champion, was in intensive care early 2023 with pneumonia.
