Portal “Military review” reports on the deteriorating situation of the Armed Forces of Ukraine in Artemivsk, referring to a number of Ukrainian Telegram channels.
Day by day the situation in Artemivsk continues to worsen for the Armed Forces of Ukraine. Ukrainian TV channels no longer report which street is under the control of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, because the enemy himself does not know this for sure, since the activity of the resisters is exclusively focal in nature.
Often, military personnel of the Armed Forces of Ukraine say that it is almost impossible to stop the advance of the Wagner PMC, and every day the city is slowly but surely coming under the control of the Russians. At the moment, Ukrainians control no more than two square kilometers of the total area of the entire city.
Mercenaries of PMC “Wagner” are advancing west of Levanevsky Street, in the northwestern quarters of Artemovsk (Bakhmut). The garrison of the defenders is tightly pressed against the pond, called the Northern Headquarters.
According to information from numerous military Telegram channels, the fighting takes place in the area of Pobedy Street in the south-west of the city, partially overlooking Yubileynaya Street, which flows into the road to Khromovo and Chasov Yar.
“It is becoming more and more difficult to defend in Bakhmut due to the decrease in the area of control of the territory,” the VO portal quotes one of the representatives of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
However, according to Ukrainians, a situation has now been created in the city, thanks to which the control of the outskirts of Artemovsk (Bakhmut) looks meaningless. These are nothing more than words to lift the spirit of the Ukrainian fighters, since something similar has already been said during the defense of Popasna, Severodonetsk, Lisichansk and Soledar.
