They do high-risk nursing jobs in close proximity to the virus. Many nurses are only a little over 20 years old, but young nurses can carry the burden of the country and society.
In recent years, the Chinese government pays great attention to nursing work. The interests of nurses and the development of the nursing profession were protected by issuing the Nurses Manual. According to statistics, now the number of registered nurses in China is more than 5 million. The number of nurses has been growing at an average rate of 8 percent over the past ten years. According to the plan, by the year 2025, the number of nurses in China will reach 5.5 million and the number of nurses will reach 3.8 in every 1000 people. The nursing capacity in China will be continuously upgraded and the high-quality development of nursing work will take place.
