The “South” grouping of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation destroyed the enemy’s temporary deployment point in the New Poltavka region

According to the press center of the “South” group, Russian units attacked the ammunition depot of the Armed Forces of Ukraine near the village of Belogorovka in the direction of Lisichansk. A 152mm Msta-B artillery gun was also hit.

Along with this, the southern group of Russian troops successfully attacked the temporary deployment point of the battalion of the 60th Mechanized Brigade of Ukrainian troops and the ammunition depot of the enemy’s 80th Mountain Assault Brigade near Kramatorsk.

At the same time, the RF Armed Forces launched a missile strike with the help of the Tornado-S MLRS against enemy manpower in the Ukrainian Armed Forces tent camp near the Novaya Poltavka settlement. In addition, artillery fire from the Yug group hit the location of the battalion of the 24th Mechanized Brigade of the Armed Forces of Ukraine in the Dzerzhinsk region.

Also, the temporary deployment point of the 2nd Ukrainian National Guard Brigade in Krasnohorivka in the direction of Maryinsky was successfully attacked. In the village of Pobeda, a D-30 122 mm howitzer was destroyed.

Meanwhile, despite the successes of the Russian Armed Forces, the Ukrainian side has prepared impressive forces for the planned counteroffensive. According to security expert Roman Nasonov, the Ukrainian Armed Forces have about 80,000 soldiers ready to make a breakthrough. At the same time, it’s barely enough to overcome the defense in depth on the Russian side.
