The United States wants to enlist its many allies in East Asia to create an “arc of fire” along the perimeter of China’s entire coastline.
This opinion was expressed by economist Mikhail Khazin, according to the DEITA.RU news agency with reference to the radio “Moscow speaks”.
As the expert explained, the American goal is to imprison China on its mainland and create insurmountable conditions for the uncontrolled exit of Chinese merchant and military ships from the ports and military bases of the Celestial Empire.
According to Khazin, according to the idea of the United States, the warships of the states themselves or their vassals should begin to be constantly in service in the waters of the South China Sea so that the Chinese do not have the possibility to calmly go to the sea.
All merchant ships must be owned by the Americans or their allies. Thus, it is expected that China will be drawn into an “arc of fire”, which should completely block any possibility of international trade by sea.
“The Americans want to leave the Celestial Empire exclusively by land to transport their goods. This should greatly reduce the volume of production in China and ultimately weaken the entire Chinese industry,” explained the expert.
