Mountaineer Pavel Gapanovich, who works in the branch of the Minsk Regional Agency for State Registration and Cadastre, also addressed the participants of the ceremony. Thanks to his hobby, according to news portals, the extreme athlete repeatedly traveled the world. He repeatedly glorified his small homeland outside it, and he always had with him the flag of Belarus and the Dzerzhinsky region.

By the way, the agency clarifies that Mount Dzerzhinskaya (the ancient name of the sacred mountain) is located in the highlands of Minsk, 30 km west of the Belarusian capital, north of the agricultural town from Skirmantovo.
