The head of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Russian Federation, Valery Falkov, said that the USE will not undergo fundamental changes in the new system of higher education.
“I can assure you that there will be no cardinal changes either in terms of the unified state examination or in terms of other fundamental points – in this case there will be no differences and, well sure, these will be additional opportunities for applicants,” he said.
According to the minister, the pilot project related to the modification of the higher education system and approved by the president will apply both to students who are already receiving training and to those who plan to enter this year.
