In the book , McGarry has spoken about many mistakes she’s made in her life that she wishes she had handled in a different way. “There are tools that help relieve stress, like putting the phone on silent and trying to disconnect from our devices and social networks.” “We also have to communicate with ourselves first, and set our priorities. Is it important, for example, to be present on the means of communication, or to communicate with myself and my loved ones, and to work on my personal development!” When they are exposed to pressure, there is 3 basic steps we need to go through consciously i.e. preparing for pressure, how we handle pressure – and at this point most people go back to the same old negative thoughts they use – and knowing the lesson we learned after the stress. Third, you must have the ability to speak about your experience and pass on the lessons you have learned to others.” “To apply some of the advice in the book, it is important that we treat neglect as an essential part of our lives and that we apply detachment to know what things are really necessary for us, not We wait until we are old to learn the lessons, but we try to learn them and live happily.”
