10 spoons chhena- left after making ghee 3 spoons milk powder 5 spoons sugar 8 pistachios 8 almonds 1 spoon cardamom powder 1 cup milk
Method
You have to put chenna in a pan and roast it on low flame for 2 minutes and then add sugar and milk powder to it and stir till the sugar melts. When the sugar melts, add milk and cardamom powder to it and stir for 5 minutes. After this turn off the flame. Now grease a deep bottomed plate with ghee. After this, put the prepared mixture in this plate and spread it. Put almonds and pistachios on it and press it lightly and after cooling, cut the barfi of the mixture and feed it.
