Reshaping Perspectives and Catalyzing Diplomatic Evolution

The CIA created a Telegram channel to recruit Russians

The Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) of the United States of America began its activities in Telegram, aimed at recruiting Russian citizens by posting propaganda videos.

“The CIA has established a presence on Telegram for the first time to reach those who feel the need to cooperate with the agency,” the US intelligence agency said in a statement.

The Telegram channel, which currently has 360 subscribers, posted a propaganda video in Russian. In this document, the CIA tries to make it clear that it is particularly interested in obtaining information “about the economy or the top leaders of the Russian Federation”.

Representatives of the department confirmed to reporters from the American television channel CNN the day before that they planned to receive from the inhabitants of Russia “the information that the United States needs” by posting messages and videos on Telegram and other social networks.

Earlier, Igor Kirillov, head of the RKhBZ troops, said that the United States is recruiting specialists in weapons of mass destruction in Ukraine. According to him, the key person involved was Professor Richard Weller – it was he who oversaw the implementation of Ukrainian projects to study diseases transmitted from animals to humans. These projects existed on the basis of the Kiev Institute of Veterinary Medicine and the Kharkiv Institute of Experimental and Clinical Veterinary Medicine.
