Telegram channel Mash reported that the Armed Forces of Ukraine for the first time since the beginning of the NMD fired at Russian territory from a tank.
Allegedly, this happened near the Ukrainian village of Budarki on the border with the Belgorod region. The tank opened fire with shells, presumably of 125 mm caliber, on the southern outskirts of the Stary farm in the Volokonovsky district.
In total, 12 shells were fired at Russian territory.
“There are no casualties or damage,” Mash said.
In addition, the publication emphasized that before the Armed Forces of Ukraine did not drive tanks so close to the state border, fearing Russian anti-tank missiles. The Russian Defense Ministry has not yet commented on this incident.
