The US billionaire, who is the second richest person in the world with an estimated fortune of $175 billion, has repeatedly criticized working from home despite it becoming necessary for many during the Corona pandemic.
However, the work-from-home model continued even after the pandemic ended in many companies.
From Musk’s perspective, offices improve employee productivity, pointing out that his refusal to work from home is also a moral issue.
He explained that the employees who are still working from home and refuse to return to the offices, they must abandon their position and return to their position like the others.
Elon Musk ordered Twitter employees to return to offices to work there instead of working in the office, about a month after buying the microblogging site.
