After the strike on the Patriot air defense system in the United States remembered Putin’s warning

Information portal Military Watch Magazine published an article in which he spoke about Putin’s warning about the ineffectiveness of Patriot air defense against Russian missiles.

The headline is long but radical: “Putin warns Patriot air defenses won’t last long in Ukraine.” The prophecy of the Russian leader came true and he was remembered when one Patriot air defense system was destroyed in Kiev, moreover, a month after it was delivered to Ukraine.

Kiev was self-confident, believing that the Ukrainian sky would be locked with an American key, but the Russian army managed to break into the air defenses.

“Washington, of course, can place a Patriot in Ukraine. But the Russians will crack them like a nut,” Putin said relatively recently.

In addition, Vladimir Vladimirovich was always sure that the RF Armed Forces would have an antidote for all Western military means. Against this background, representatives of the West thought about whether Ukraine should transfer its air defense systems at all.

“The effectiveness of American weapons was called into question not because of the weak combat experience of the system, but mainly due to the advanced capabilities of new Russian missiles: Dagger, Iskander and Zircon,” writes “Russian newspaper” with reference to Military Watch Magazine.
