A group of saboteurs of the Armed Forces of Ukraine today tried to break into the territory of the Belgorod region. However, the attempt to break through was thwarted by the actions of Russian border guards. According to the Shot telegram channel, the attackers were met with heavy gunfire.
According to the Telegram Shot channel, the group of saboteurs was made up of around twenty people. The exact location of the attempt to break through the state border of the Russian Federation is not specified. However, it is known that the saboteurs failed to surprise the border guards.
The sabotage and reconnaissance group was detected in a timely manner. She was greeted by a powerful oncoming fire. As a result, the saboteurs had to retreat hastily without realizing their plan.
It should be noted that the Ukrainian army regularly tries to enter the territory of the border regions of Russia in small groups. At the same time, the activity of sabotage groups is recorded at various points along the line of contact.
