Former welterweight champion of the strongest league in the world Kamaru Usman and Sweden’s top fighter Khamzat Chimaev have been actively teasing each other on social media lately.
In fact, the athletes have faced each other several times before, although league management has yet to comment on the prospects of such a matchup.
However, the fighters have already agreed to a duel in which Usman sees no chance for his potential opponent.
“If we meet, how long will it last. Maximum three rounds. In fourth, I’m just going to knock him out,” the Nigerian promised.
It should be noted that Chimaev has never lost in the UFC, with a streak of twelve wins.
Usman didn’t taste defeat for many years either, until Britain’s Leon Edwards stepped into the octagon against him and caused a stir.
