Britney Spears took to social media to share her thoughts on the new TMZ Investigates documentary: Britney Spears: The Price of Freedom. It aired May 15 on Fox and is currently available to stream on Hulu. The project deals with the singer’s life after the court released her in October 2022 from the guardianship of her 13-year-old father.
“He looks at what happened to me while in police custody and how hard I work every day to be a better person after the end!!! What a concern and effort on the part of TMZ to be part of the channel most ‘trash’ piece of information!!! Shit I’m flattered!!!” Britney wrote sarcastically, commenting on the documentary’s release.
She has already said more than once that the press is very cruel to her and how documentaries shape other people’s “wrong” views of her.
