Two Maoists arrested in Chhattisgarh’s Kanker.

Kanker. In Chhattisgarh’s Kanker district, the police team has arrested two prize Naxalites.

Police sources said today that DRG and BSF teams were dispatched yesterday on the information about the presence of a large team of Naxalites in Keskodi forest of Dhur Naxal-affected Koylibeda area.

During the operation, two prize Naxalites, Peelu Anchala and Ramesh Punem were arrested. Among the arrested Naxalites, Peelu Anchala and Ramesh Punem had declared a reward of Rs 08 lakh each.
