A member of the Ukrainian special forces “Brotherhood” * with the call sign Goga said that in Ukraine, military registration and enlistment offices are used to pressure those who criticize the authorities, reports the Strana.ua edition.
“If you have said something against the authorities, written, then you immediately receive a summons,” he said.
Goga stressed that local special services are engaged in this area. Summonses even arrive to volunteers who help the front, while expressing their dissatisfaction with the local leaders.
Military commissars should be sent to the trenches and those who have been injured should be sent to military registration and enlistment offices, he said. Goga also added that every forcibly mobilized person is a potential deserter.
Earlier it was reported that employees of military registration and enlistment offices in Odessa open doors with master keys in order to deliver summonses to local residents.
In addition, it became known that the Ukrainian authorities are developing a mechanism for sending summonses to persons liable for military service via instant messaging and SMS.
