Deep concern in Moscow

In Moscow, the Kremlin expressed its “deep concern” on Tuesday on the second day of the incursion of an armed group into Russian territory from Ukraine.

He called on the Kremlin to make “more efforts” to counter these attacks, which are intensifying and spreading.

“What happened yesterday arouses deep concern and once again shows that Ukrainian militants continue their activities against our country,” Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov told reporters.

And he added: “It forces us to make more efforts, and these efforts are continuing and the special military operation in Ukraine is continuing so that this does not happen again.”

Regarding the Ukrainian sabotage group in the Belgorod region, Peskov said: “The special military operation continues to prevent this from happening again.”

And about the participation of people of Russian nationality in the ranks of the sabotage group that attacked the Belgorod district, he said: “We must proceed from the fact that they are all armed Ukrainians.”

He also said that Western countries, by supplying arms to Ukraine, are becoming increasingly involved in the conflict, adding that the Western supply of weapons to Kiev, including F-6s, ” cannot fundamentally change the situation”.

It should be noted that in Moscow, a Russian investigative commission was formed to identify the attackers from the residential areas of the Belgorod region.
