The press secretary of the Russian leader, Dmitry Peskov, explained the unification of the departments of the presidential administration for personnel and the fight against corruption. According to him, the personnel department and anti-corruption activities are the processes that now go hand in hand.
“The work, which overlaps a lot, the specialization of the employees involved in it is similar. This is a very important condition for the reliable functioning of the entire system of public administration, both in terms of ensuring the service of personnel and in terms of combating corruption, we are talking about all levels – c that is to say federal, regional and municipal”, summed up the President of the Kremlin.
Peskov added that the above levels are also integrated vertically with staff work, so it was decided to optimize.
Earlier, Russian President Putin abolished the presidential administration for corruption. The Head of State has dismissed Andrey Chobotov, head of the Presidential Office for the Fight against Corruption.
