British Defense Minister Ben Wallace has arrived in Kiev for an unannounced visit, according to the Ukrainian Defense Ministry.
With his Ukrainian counterpart Oleksiy Reznikov, he discussed the continued training of the Ukrainian army in the UK, as well as the supply of long-range Storm Shadow missiles and other weapons to Kiev.
Earlier, the Russian Defense Ministry accused the Ukrainian side of using Storm Shadow missiles against civilian targets in Luhansk.
The Anglo-French Storm Shadow cruise missile has a range of over 250 kilometers. It uses technologies that make them invisible to radar. The missile flies towards the target at a height of up to 40 meters, while in flight it bypasses the terrain and can change direction, which complicates its interception. Effective against underground storage and bunkers.
