Chief Minister gave instructions in Samadhan Online – Payment of produce to farmers should be ensured in a week

Bhopal. Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan said that payment to farmers for their produce should be ensured within a week. Delay in this will not be accepted under any circumstances. Forest rights lease cases should be resolved in the public service campaign (Nitmandar Public Service Campaign) and all pending cases should be settled by May 31.

Chief Minister Chouhan was discussing virtually in Samadhan online program from his residence Samatva Bhawan on Tuesday. He got the pending problems of the applicants of different districts resolved online. The Chief Minister congratulated the best performing departments, districts and the officers who resolved 100 percent complaints lodged in the CM Helpline, and also instructed the low performing districts to improve their performance.

The Chief Minister fixed the responsibility of the guilty officer for the delay in the case and directed to take effective action. Mandla’s Sukhchen said that he had applied for forest rights lease in 2018, but there was delay in issuing the lease even after being eligible. Forest rights lease was issued after about 5 years.

Fixing responsibility for the delay, the Chief Minister directed the Additional Chief Secretary Forest to submit the information within a week. Divyang Nitin Sahu, a resident of Damoh, is a student of ITI Ujjain, he had applied for a laptop in the Social Justice Department. In June 2022, a complaint was registered in the CM Helpline. The applicant received the laptop in May 2023. The Chief Minister said that it should be clarified why there was so much delay in the supply of laptops. He also gave instructions to fix the responsibility in a week.

Pending cases of vehicle registration should be settled by June 15

In Samadhan Online, instructions were given by Ramdhari Vishwakarma of Gram Panchayat Naudhia of Singrauli district to terminate the scheme from the scheme on the complaint of the private hospital taking the amount for the first treatment and not returning the amount despite the Ayushman card. The Chief Minister said that this is a case of criminal nature, action should be taken accordingly. In connection with the delay in obtaining the vehicle registration card by Dinesh Parmar of Dhar, the Chief Minister said that the pending cases should be resolved by June 15 by immediately resolving the problems in vehicle registration and renewal due to technical reasons.

KYC and DBT related complaint of Dhruv Kumar of Tikamgarh was resolved. In the case of delay in demarcation of land by Komal Patel of Narmadapuram, it was informed that two increments of the then Naib Tehsildar have been withheld. Also the concerned Revenue Inspector and Reader have been suspended with immediate effect. In the public service campaign, the Chief Minister gave instructions to resolve all the undisputed partition and demarcation cases pending in the state. The cases of Kallu Sahu of Sagar, Anil Kumar Verma of Satna and Surendra Patel of Chhatarpur were also resolved.

Energy Department topped in disposal

The Energy Department has topped in resolving the cases registered in the CM Helpline in Samadhan Online by obtaining 87.71 marks this month. In the rating, Food, Civil Supplies and Consumer Protection Department stood second with 87.58 points, Home Department third with 86.29 points, Transport Department fourth with 84.73 points and Panchayat and Rural Development Department fifth with 83.87 points.

Sehore district remained at the forefront

Sehore, Ujjain, Jabalpur, Indore, Chhindwara were in group “A” and Shajapur, Ratlam, Harda, Burhanpur and Dhar were in group “B” among districts with high performance in redressal of complaints.
