New Delhi. Union Minister for Information Technology, Communications and Railways Ashwini Vaishnav said on Saturday that due to the correct policies and concrete steps taken by the Modi government, more and more people are coming to India. It is set to become the world’s fourth largest economy in two years.

Ashwini Vaishnav said this at a program organized here on the completion of nine years of the Modi government. He said that since 2014, after the coming of the Modi government, there has been a rapid social and economic change in the country. India is being seen globally as an attractive destination. The world is reposing its faith in India.

Vaishnav said that after the Modi government came in 2014, India has moved from 10th to 5th position. Within two years it will be the fourth largest economy in the world. Within six years, India will be the third largest economy in the world. He also said that by 2047 India will become a developed country.
