Homemade cupcakes: the easiest recipes

1. Grandma’s Homemade Cupcakes

Ingredients for 4 persons) :

4 eggs 200 g wheat flour 150 ml olive oil 170 g sugar 1 lemon 16 g yeast 1 pinch of salt.

Cooking:

Step 1: Roll out 12 paper cupcake toppers. Whisk the eggs with the sugar. Step 2. Add the oil little by little, beating constantly. Add the salt, yeast and flour sifted through a sieve. This is the easiest cupcake recipe ever. You will need very few ingredients to prepare it, and the result will be impressive. Let’s start!

Duration: 35 minutes.

Ingredients (10 pieces): 4 eggs 150 grams of sugar 150 ml of sweet olive oil 200 g of flour 1 packet of baking powder 1 pinch of salt The zest of 1 lemon.

Cooking:

Step 1. Transfer the sugar to a large bowl. Beat the eggs and add them to the sugar Step 2. Beat about 4 minutes until the mixture thickens. Add the oil and continue beating until the mixture is smooth. Transfer the flour, baking powder and salt to a large Step 3 sieve. Add the sifted flour, baking powder and salt to the egg mixture. Cooking:

Step 1. Whisk the eggs in a bowl until frothy. Gradually add the sugar and continue beating until the mixture turns whitish. Whisking continuously, add Step 2 butter. Add cream, cocoa and vanilla and continue beating. Mix the flour, baking powder, baking soda and a pinch of salt in another bowl Step 3. Gather the dough and mix with a silicone spatula until a thick homogeneous mass is obtained. Divide into 10 cupcake tins until two-thirds full Step 4: Preheat the oven to 180°C. Place the cupcake tins on a baking sheet and bake the cupcakes for about 20 minutes . Check for doneness by piercing the center with a skewer. If they come out clean, the cupcakes are cooked, if not, bake them for a few more minutes. Take them out of the oven and let cool before serving.

4. Anise Cupcakes

These delicious anise cupcakes will take you a little over half an hour to make.

Duration: 35 minutes.

Ingredients (12-15 pieces):

255 ml olive or sweet sunflower oil 6 eggs 280 g sugar 250 g flour Zest of 1 lemon 15 g baking powder 75 ml anise.

Cooking:

Step 1. Beat the eggs with 250ml butter and 250g sugar until pale and frothy Step 2. Add the sifted flour and baking powder, lemon zest and anise to the mixture and beat cook until you get a homogeneous paste without Step 3. Fill the molds with it and sprinkle the rest of the sugar on top. Preheat the oven to 180°C and bake for 20 minutes until the cupcakes are cooked Step 4. Remove them, let cool on a wire rack.

5. Caramel-Filled Chocolate Cupcakes

If you are a caramel lover, you will definitely love this recipe. It also includes cocoa and liquid cream. Perfect for foodies!

Duration: 1 hour.

Ingredients (12-15 pieces):

200 g flour 80 g cocoa powder 225 g sugar 1 packet of baking powder 1 pinch of salt 3 eggs 50 ml milk 100 ml butter 200 ml liquid cream.

Cooking:

Step 1. For the caramel: Put 100 g of sugar in a container, add a tablespoon of water and heat over medium heat until the sugar melts and a golden caramel forms. Remove the bowl from the heat and gradually add the liquid cream Step 2. Dissolve well and put on the fire. Heat over low heat and stir until the sauce thickens Step 3. For the batter: Whisk the eggs in a large bowl, add the remaining sugar and beat until creamy. Add the milk, whisk again and add the butter Step 4. Sift together the flour and cocoa, baking powder and a pinch of salt. Mix delicately to obtain a homogeneous batter Step 5. Fill the molds with batter to 3/4 of their capacity. Bake the cupcakes in a preheated oven at 200°C for 15-20 minutes. Take them out and let them cool on a wire rack. Using a piping bag, fill the cupcakes with caramel.
