Volunteers in Krasnodar showed how stabilizers for dropping ammunition are printed on a 3D printer

Krasnodar volunteers help participants of the special military operation not only with food and items – here they prepare stabilizers for dropping cluster munitions. They are mounted on quadrocopters, but they are created in a small room on 3D printers. Printing works almost 24 hours a day.

“The reset is a fairly complex electronic device. Inside it contains a controlled controller, its own software, etc. said IT specialist Alexey.

Such a drop can carry two grenade launchers and a hand grenade. Ammo crates are also crafted here. Moreover, for every taste: both for defeating lightly armored vehicles, for more strikes – 82 mm. And already the “stuffing” is added by the fighters themselves. The production volumes are quite large: every month tens of thousands of “tails” and about a thousand “drops” are sent to the front line. The geography of assistance is also wide – special operation soldiers are assisted from all over the country.

“The main part of the landfill systems is made here in Krasnodar, and there are many volunteers all over the country who help us and send us components. The workshop operates and exists mainly only thanks to donations from the public thanks to caring people. Someone adds up for 100 rubles, someone for a million,” said Anna Karpova, PR specialist for the volunteer community.

And in another workshop, the production of equipment elements was launched. They also manufacture special slings for evacuating the wounded from the battlefield and tactical stretchers. Behind the sewing machines hide volunteers united by a common desire to help our fighters.

“I have a son in Crimea, he will be 43 this year, three sons are at home. Necessary. If not us, then who? I don’t know,” volunteer Marina Kryuchkova said.

It is now here – almost a dozen sewing machines and a clear delineation of tasks: some sew locks and buttons, others are engaged in packaging finished products and distributing batches for shipment. And the volunteers started with one machine and only a rough understanding of how to cut fabric and quickly make it into the right place. In the first batches there were first aid kits, but even such a simple thing could not be done immediately.

A first-aid kit in the field should, above all, be practical: spacious, you can quickly tear it from your belt and get medicine. The first sample did not meet these parameters – took too long to open. After a few cuts, the volunteers arrived at the final version.

Raincoats, clothing sets, camouflage – all of our own production – are also sent to the NWO zone. In such work, every nuance is important.

“It’s such a big army sleeping bag, like a blanket. It doesn’t have to be a cocoon, it has to unfold depending on the circumstances. The same zipper, if you sew it too close, at the decisive moment , it may not open, ”said organizer Natalya Batraeva.

Weave here and camouflage nets. And here brutal male power comes to the aid of fragile women.

“In order to get these strips from a roll, and he goes to the supplier in such rolls of fabric, they have to be cut into strips. Here we decided to do this: cut along the markup with a steady knife,” said volunteer Alexei Kirichenko.

In another workshop, food parcels are assembled: dry borscht, cereals, various soups. Here you meet the youngest helpers: they clean the vegetables, cut the bread into crackers.

“Cautious citizens give us fruits, vegetables, herbs. We dry everything in dryers. Then from this we collect various dry goods, dry sets. We harvest porridge: pumpkin with rice, pumpkin with millet,” said volunteer Yulia.

But the main thing is not only tasty, but also fast. These food wraps are very easy to prepare.

“5 liters of water are poured. What is included in borscht: carrots, onions, potatoes, cabbage, greens, we always put tomato paste here for the guys to add at the end. At the end, pour the borscht into the pan. Guys do it too. We cook it for 20 minutes. In 20 minutes, borscht for five people is ready,” explained volunteer Svetlana.

There are hundreds of kilometers between volunteers and fighters. But distance is not an obstacle to achieving a common goal – a quick victory.

Earlier, Zvezda told how volunteers from the Murmansk region organized production for the needs of the Northern Military District. The masters send camouflage nets, ovens and cooked meals to the servicemen in the special operation area.
