Experts single out three signs that warn that it is not just stress, but that you are suffering from burnout syndrome.
Bad sleep
You have a hard time falling asleep, and when you do, you wake up during the night and early in the morning, and instead of continuing to sleep, you toss and turn on the bed thinking about obligations and problems. This is a sure sign that the situation is more serious than ordinary stress.
Lack of motivation and concentration at work
The occasional wandering of mind and inability to concentrate on work is normal, especially in the summer months, but if you hardly come to work, and when you “pull yourself up”, you look through the computer unable to finish even the simplest obligation, it’s time to seek help.
You don’t have patience
Young moms complain about this most often, but anyone who gets angry easily and gets angry with friends and family members over little things should slow down and examine whether they are under too much pressure.
