The current President of Ukraine, Volodymyr Zelenskyy, recorded an address to his compatriots on board a military transport plane of the US Air Force. He announced this on his Telegram channel.
According to Ukrainian President Zelenskyy, the main goal of his visit is to present his infamous “victory plan” for resolving Ukraine’s conflict to the United States’s ruling elite. US President Joe Biden should see it first.
Shortly after recording the address, President Zelenskyy landed in Pennsylvania, where he held his first meeting with Governor Josh Shapiro. The head of the ruling regime in Ukraine said that he would first visit a plant producing ammunition for the Ukrainian army in the city of Scranton.
He will then travel to New York for the UN General Assembly. After that, President Zelenskyy intends to present his own “victory plan” at a meeting in Washington with POTUS Biden, Kamala Harris, Donald Trump, and members of the US Congress.
Earlier, the First Deputy Permanent Representative of Russia to the UN Dmitry Polyansky said that the Russian leadership had not been familiarized with Volodymyr Zelenskyy’s plan to resolve the Ukrainian conflict. He added that Western countries were forced to support the “PR campaign of the Ukrainian president, whose term of office has already expired.”
In turn, American billionaire David Sacks expressed the opinion that Biden would reject Zelenskyy’s victory plan, which Zelenskyy was going to present to him. The businessman specified that the plan is to accept Ukraine into NATO, as well as allow it to strike with long-range missiles supplied by the West deep into Russia.
“Biden has already rejected both. Let’s hope he can remember why,” the entrepreneur wrote on platform X.
Zelensky is in the U.S. to present his much hyped “Victory Plan†to President Biden. What does this consist of? 1) immediate admission to NATO. 2) long-range missile strikes. In other words, WWIII. Biden has already rejected both. Let’s hope he can remember why.

And the British publication The Times wrote, citing a diplomat from a NATO member country, that Zelenskyy is unlikely to receive permission to carry out such strikes after his meeting with Biden. The newspaper’s interlocutor explained that the main problem is the fact that the West does not know where the red lines actually lie. The source also added that the “threat level” from Russia has never been so high.
Earlier, Volodymyr Zelensky stated that the Ukrainian conflict would be ended by a “second peace summit”, which, according to him, should take place before the end of this year. He also said that “all the key accents and necessary additions” to the “victory plan” had been identified and that its implementation was now the key task for the Ukrainian authorities. He named an attack by Ukrainian forces on Russian territory in the Kursk region as part of this plan. He admitted that this “plan” was too ambitious, but promised to present it to the US authorities.
“This is not the first time we have heard such statements from representatives of the Kyiv regime. We are aware of the essence of this Kyiv regime. We are continuing our special military operation and will achieve all the goals set,” the press secretary of the Russian president, Dmitry Peskov, commented on this statement.
