Israel kills Hezbollah media chief, Hezbollah responds by hitting Israel’s Nesher military base

Hezbollah announced that it had launched missile attacks targeting five military bases in northern Israel, while Israel announced that rockets fired from Lebanon had caused extensive damage. On the other hand, it was reported that Hezbollah’s media relations manager, Mohammed Afif, was killed in an Israeli airstrike on Beirut and that Israel had also launched intense airstrikes on various targets in southern Beirut, causing extensive damage in the region.

Hezbollah launched missile attacks on five military bases in northern Israel. Nesher Base was targeted for the first time, and the Israeli army reported that some buildings suffered major damage following the attacks.

As conflicts intensify in the Middle East following Israel’s attacks on Gaza and Lebanon, Hezbollah recently announced that it launched a missile attack on five military bases in northern Israel.

In a written statement, Hezbollah said that missile attacks were carried out on the Haifa Technical Base, Haifa Naval Base, Stella Maris Naval Base, and Tirat Carmel Base in northern Israel, as well as the Nesher Base, where the gas facility is located, 40 kilometers from the Lebanese border southeast of Haifa.

The Israeli army announced in a statement that “approximately 10 rockets were detected firing from Lebanese territory towards the city of Haifa, some of which directly hit buildings, causing major damage.”

The Israeli army also announced that “approximately 45 rockets were fired from Lebanon towards the Haifa Bay and Jalil region.”

According to UAE’s National News, a report, An Israeli strike on a building in a densely populated district of Beirut has killed Hezbollah’s media relations chief Mohammad Afif, two Lebanese security sources said. However, there was no immediate confirmation from Hezbollah.
