Mossad Director and Qatari Prime Minister Discuss Gaza Ceasefire

While Israel’s genocide in Gaza continues, Mossad Director David Barnea is reported to have met with the Prime Minister of Qatar regarding a prisoner exchange and a ceasefire in Gaza. It was noted that while there are an estimated 101 Israelis held captive in Gaza, Tel Aviv’s main goal is to try to implement the first phase of the ceasefire agreement with some changes.

It was reported that David Barnea, the director of Israel’s foreign intelligence agency Mossad, held a meeting with Qatari Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Sheikh Mohammed bin Abdulrahman Al Thani to discuss the ceasefire and prisoner swap agreement in Gaza.

According to the news of the US-based “Axios”, based on two unnamed Israeli officials, it was recalled that Israel conveyed its new offer to Hamas through Egypt last week during the meeting held in Doha, the capital of Qatar, yesterday.
