Former presidents Clinton, Bush, and Obama reject Trump’s invitation to inaugural dinner

Former US presidents Bill Clinton, George W. Bush, and Barack Obama will not attend Donald Trump’s inaugural dinner on January 20.

According to NBC, Obama and Clinton received invitations, while Bush’s representatives said they had not seen the invitation. Former First Lady and former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton was also invited to the inaugural dinner, but she does not plan to attend, the sources said.

However, all three former US presidents will be present at Trump’s swearing-in ceremony on January 20.

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy stated that he would not be able to take part in the ceremony because he had not received an invitation. At the same time, the head of state admitted that he would like to attend the event.
