Contact center operators provide consultation on all services provided by the regional branch of the FIS, including a one-time allowance, pensions, terms of payment, obtaining maternity capital, sanatorium treatment, clarifying the status of the submitted request, scheduling an appointment with customer service, and more.
Consultations using personal data are provided after identifying a person using a code word, which can be set independently in your personal account on the FIS website or when contacting the service customer. Regional contact center specialists consult Monday to Thursday from 8:30 a.m. to 4:45 p.m., Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
