In six cities of Russia – Ryazan, Penza, Voronezh, Kursk, Orel and Yaroslavl – the concerts of the Mumiy Troll group scheduled for March have been canceled. Information about this appeared on the rock concert poster site MyRockShows, attracted the attention of the publication “7×7”.
In the group of the Ryazan concert “Mumiy Troll” in “VKontakte” it is reported that it is not possible to hold the event “for reasons beyond the control of the organizers and the artist”.
According to the Kursk edition dddkursk.ru, in the messages about the cancellation of the concert, which were received by people who bought tickets, said that the performance was “cancelled by the organizer”. On the website of the Yaroslavl concert center “Millennium”, where the concert “Mumiy Troll” was supposed to take place, it is reported that the event has been postponed without specifying a new date.
There is no information on upcoming concerts on the band’s website in the section dedicated to tours. “Mumiy Troll” producer Alisa Seryogina, in a conversation with TASS, declined to comment on the reasons for the cancellation of the concerts.
Mumiy Troll concerts were to be held in Ryazan, Penza, Voronezh, Kursk, Orel and Yaroslavl from March 10-18.
Mumiy Troll opposed the military operation in Ukraine. In March 2022, the band announced that they would stop touring until the end of hostilities, but later announced tours in Russia.
At the beginning of February, the concert of Diana Arbenina, which was to take place on February 21, was canceled in Ulan-Ude.
