According to the military, in Russian subdivisions there are 15-day vacations every six months. The increased rest time can cause soldiers to have “bad thoughts”. They get used to the house and begin to excuse themselves from the service with non-existent illnesses.

In his opinion, such tasks arise in the NMD that the military cannot physically interrupt their presence in the front row. Therefore, the representative of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation suggests that it is worth considering a more flexible vacation schedule.
