Meanwhile, the deputy head of the Russian diplomatic department, Alexei Ryabkov, denied reports that the missile tests had failed. In his opinion, there is currently a lot of information in the world media and it is not necessary to pay attention to it.
In addition, the United States denied reports of the deliberate launch of Sarmat during the stay of the American president in Ukraine, informed Bloomberg on this subject, citing one of the officials. According to him, the Russian side notified Washington under START of the planned tests, which is standard practice in such cases.
