Liam Neeson says he felt uneasy when he was a guest on The View talk show last week.
He appeared on the show to talk about gun laws, but instead was mocked for his crush on The View co-host Joy Behar. The other hosts joined in the joke and said Behar had been shooting the actor for years and made no secret of it. The producers later released a compilation of clips from old episodes in which Behar expresses her crush on him.

The actor recalled the incident in an interview with Rolling Stone yesterday. He said he was excited to talk about an important issue, but was disappointed when the discussion turned to him and Joy Behar.
He said he felt uncomfortable in that kind of situation and it was bullshit.

The incident caused a lot of ink to flow on social networks.
“You really have to agree with Liam Neeson. If there had been four men saying how hot they were for an actress, the reaction would have been completely different,” one netizen said.
“It was quite awkward. Imagine if it was a man talking about his attraction to a woman and saying he wanted to have sex with her and so on. Poor Liam, he looked sick,” said one other.
