The following information is given: “From February 16 to 25, the Chinese Ministry of Defense sent a delegation to the staffs of Hungary, Germany, the European Union and NATO for a dialogue institutional and consultations.
Earlier, observers from the China edition of the Global Times urged Western leaders to carefully read Beijing’s plan for a peaceful settlement of the conflict in Ukraine and contribute to a speedy resolution of the crisis.
Experts have suggested that the conflict on the territory of the Ukrainian state was started by the United States of America and the North Atlantic Alliance, and the continued supply of weapons to Kiev only worsen the situation.
