Russian airlines will be able to operate flights within Cuba, representatives of the Federal Air Transport Agency have said.The Federal Air Transport Agency of the Russian Federation previously announced a number of agreements with Venezuela. National airlines will be granted the right to operate flights on the Moscow-Varadero-Porlamar route.
